Jack Mallers, known for his role as the co-founder and CEO of Strike, has been appointed as the CEO of Twit1 One Capital, Inc., a fresh Bitcoin-focused company. They're on the brink of going public via a merger with Cantor Equity Partners' SPAC.

The company, set to trade under the XXI ticker, will kick off with over 42,000 BTC in its treasury, making it the third-largest Bitcoin holder in the market.

Backed by Tether and SoftBank, XXI aims to maximize per-share Bitcoin ownership. Their goal is to offer public market investors the best possible Bitcoin exposure through innovative financial structures.

Mallers shared his vision, saying, "The market needs a reliable currency to measure value and allocate capital effectively. We believe Bitcoin is the answer. XXI is our way of bringing this answer to the public market."

"Our mission is straightforward: to be the most successful company in Bitcoin, tapping into what we see as the most valuable financial opportunity of our time. We're not here to beat the market; we're here to build a new public stock, built on Bitcoin, for Bitcoin."

At launch, the company will secure $585 million through pipeline financing and convertible notes. These funds will be used for further Bitcoin purchases and operational expansion.
